Bob received extensive training in Airforce in 1965. In 1969, he was honorably discharged and started his career in the HVAC/Refrigeration trade. With Bob’s extensive technical background and skills he has built a strong reputation in the HVAC industry. When others are stumped with a problem they call Hi-Tech because without fail, Bob and his team will do and fix what others cannot. With over 40 years experience in state of the art technology, Bob’s Hi-Tech team is known for being “one of the best” in the industry.

Jennifer Larson

Jennifer joined the family business in 1995. During her career, Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and additional formal training for financial management, operations, customer service and management training. She is responsible for managing the finances and overseeing the direction and growth of the company. Jennifer is committed to the growth of Hi-Tech while continuing to provide superior service and was instrumental in the achievement of multiple awards from Nexstar™ Network when Hi-Tech received Top 10 in customer service & financial performance several years in a row.

Correy Baker

Correy first joined Hi-Tech in 1991. He learned all facets of the HVAC trade before leaving the company in 1997. In 1997, Correy owned and operated his own automotive business. He sold his business in 2007 and returned to Hi-Tech. Since that time Correy has been promoted to Operations Manager and is committed to making sure the jobs are done right the first time.

Jen Brucker

Jen has been in the construction industry since 2002 and joined the Hi-Tech team in 2007. As Office Manager, she oversees customer service, service dispatching and performed accounting functions. Jen also assists the Operations Manager with project managing, service management and estimating.
