We’ve had great success with Hi-Tech Air! All the technicians, especially Zack, has been knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and helpful. We have used them for both our main house system and smaller bedroom unit. They are always prompt, communicative and honest and highly recommended!

Josh did an incredible job diagnosing and fixing our HVAC system.There were several points where he could have gone with a quick assumption as to what was causing our cooling issues but he took his time with deliberate, solid steps to uncover all contributing factors to ensure he knew the best steps to take to fully resolve everything. And he shared everything with me in great detail before executing the repairs. We’ve been solid fans of HiTech for 20 years…but Josh raised our appreciation for Hi-Tech to an even higher level today!

Miguel was very informative to my husband, as he detailed the problems with dust and debris that were clogging the Forced Air Unit. Specifically, at the squirrel cage, the motor, and the condensate pump pan areas. Also, he indicated that the compressor that was outside needed to be cleaned out, because of all the leaves and branches that were inside of the unit.

Josh Christie and his crew did a stellar job at removing the two old HVAC systems in my house and installing two heat pump systems complete with ecobee smart thermostats. Excellent technician

I had two technicians, Tylor & Shaun, because they had to order a part to fix it completely. They both were professionals who know their stuff. Although I had to wait some time, it was worth of waiting for them.

Shaun Sullivan was great; very knowledgeable, service oriented, professional and prompt. He worked on roof AC unit in the heat wave and was thorough to every detail.
